Can V-Sync be turned off?

Hi,

I have participated in the closed beta test of AoE Definitive Edition, however, in the builds I had access to, there was no option to turn off V-Sync as it is forced by default. I never play RTS games with V-Sync as it introduces very noticeable input lag. Does the latest version of the game allow you to turn it off?
