Late game Atlantean vs Egyptian help?

When playing Atlantean I always get stomped by Egyptian players in the late game (Heroic and Mythic age). I usually do pretty well early on, but the moment they start cranking out Midgol units and siege I get swamped. Any advice or tips would be appreciated. I know my micro-managing of units during a battle is pretty bad, but I'm curious if there's anything else that'd help.
