Will these $75 to $150 windows 10 tablets run AoE II well?

I've never been much of a PC gamer but I want to try a few older games, I've been killing way too much time trying to get old windows emulation working on my Note 8 phone. Anyway...

Every damn YouTube video of these tablets trys to run console-ish games (Oblivion, GTA, etc) - no one takes a minute to show older slower RTS games. So finally to the point again would one of these cheapo tablets run Age of Empires II (even the non-HD) and say maybe Civilization III (I'd ask for Civ V but I know that's pushing it)

And how well if at all would it function in tablet mode without a keyboard/mouse?

*I know a cheapo laptop could probably but I want as small and portable as possible. Heck, I've been thinking about the GPD Win 2 but $75 wins especially if I get bored of it in a few weeks.
