About AOM maps

This game single handedly ruined my experience with RTS games.

The random look of the same map is such a great feature i wish more games did it.

I cant play orher RTS games years later. I boot WC3, DoWar or BFME and i instantly know what to do and where to go, how i will develop, where the fixed gold and creeps are. Its not fun and unexpected anymore.

Boot up Nomad map and its pure randomness. I really like that concept and wish more games did it. Especially total war games. I realise importance of fixed cities (you play same map with different nations to get different challenges) but imagine adding option of random map and city placenents? Damn that woukd be cool af.

Anyways, your thoughts on this? Any other games with randomises maps i can play?
