Is a Cav Archer rush viable?

I’m a newer player, but something I don’t see is a ton is Cav Archers other than a couple civs. I admit I never use them but I would like to try to. I’ve seen professional games were the player is able to harass the enemy’s wood line and mining camps with Cav Archers and then run away as soon as their army arrives, meanwhile he is building up his own eco.

Can someone provide me a build order for Civs like the Turks, Mongols, Magyars or others recommended. Anyone but the Huns lol, I really don’t like their lack of siege.
