Any good mods that just add a civilization and/or replace a current one with a new one?

I've been searching the internet for good Rome mods that add the Rome faction to the game. So far the only ones are mods that are either total conversions or only add scenarios. I'm looking for one that either manages to add the faction into the game, or replace an existing one like the mayans or something. So far, the closest I found was Rome at War (Which one uses mod pack studio lite and it doesn't work with 64 bit windows) and All Roads lead to Rome, which is over 10 years old and the last comment on it was left by the creator essentially saying "Someone might as well make a new mod."

Rome is a civ I'm really wanting to play as, but I would also love mods that add in Greece or Carthage, hell an Assyrian and Egyptian mod would be swell as well. The idea of having Roman Legionnaires duking it out with Japanese Samurai, or Vikings fighting Greek Hoplites is awesome. I don't want a total conversion mod, but I am willing to replace some of the factions in game with cool modded ones. Anybody know any? Also for reference I am using the AoE 2 HD edition on steam.
