Colorblindness settings

As a green-red color blind I find it very hard to see some of the game UI elements, even on AOE 2 DE. Health bars, red (and some others) players on green maps (in the minimap) and etc. Since this almost 10% of the men are colorblind, there should be some sort of way to come around this. There are a lot of games (and most big games) that have some sort of colorblind setting.
