The most offensive possible civ bonuses

Civ can get food from wolves, enemy infantry.

Civ has access to all techs regardless of tree but only after another player researches it.

Civ has bonus attack against monasteries of a certain building style.

Civ has bonus attack against female units, units of a certain skin color.

Civ has extra Villager speed, carry, etc, but can only train male Villagers. It can also train sheep, however.
