How do you deal with loosing streaks / getting tilted?

So far iv had some horrible horrible games, no matter what i do i keep making mistakes i havent made in a long time, like walling poorly, loosing vills to boar, no checking if that stupid cliff runs all the way to the edge, ect.

im starting to wonder if i should drop MP alltogether mostly until im finished with this quartermester? of uni, is practicing BO against the AI good to not get rusty but not loose rank?
