Is there a way to tank my ELO???

Hear me out, I picked the game back up since Covid-19 after 10-14 year hiatus. I play on an older Mac, so struggling with parallels and can only play the he edition. I have never been great and to this day still have not been able to beat moderate AI. I started with an ELO around 1600 on steam and every time I lose I only drop 30-50 points. If I were to guess my elo would probably be around 400-500 but after 6 losses in a rom(I got crushed) I’m still at 1527. Is there anyway to get my ELO to be more accurate rather then having to play another 15-20 games?

Note: I understand every game is practice and I am learning build orders but it would be so much more fun to be facing someone around my skill level.
