What does 🎯 Train three Arbalesters in a single game mean?

Hello everyone,

for the GREATEST MEDIEVAL TECHNOLOGIES EVENT, there's a challenge called 🎯 Train three Arbalesters in a single game. What does 'train' mean (not create right) and what do I do to earn this?
