How do I get notified when Viper or T90 go live?

I know Facebook is a pain and all but it is what it is.

I never know when they go live unless I manually refresh their page, I turn on "notifications" but it seems all this does is a little red number goes to the top right of the a Facebook page but what about when I'm not on Facebook? I only use it to watch them and hence wouldn't be online when they're just going live.

Is there a way to get an email notification? I can't even do a workaround where I get emailed if a Tweet contains the word "live" as I just checked and there was no "I'm live" Tweet.
