What is the employability with a masters in Plasma Physics?

I'm getting a bachelor in EE and have been thinking about a masters in plasma physics. I've explored some of the topics of plasma and especially plasma propulsion was very interesting to me. The only problem is that I'm not sure if a masters in plasma helps with employability. Is it possible to get a job in the field without obtaining a phd? And how does the future job market of plasma look like? Are most jobs in plasma in academia or are there industrial applications? Sorry for the stupid questions but I can't find any good sources on google.
