For all you new civ theorists: here are two functions that have been underutilized

The first one is that you can have a scout unit that can build a particular building. For example you can have a scout that can build an outpost and only an outpost. That would be a very interesting bonus that would be useful but not OP and it would give a civ a lot of flavor. This would be accomplished with the task swap function that turns villagers into the various subtypes. I can go into more detail if anyone's interested.

The second one is that you can give a civilization a single free building or unit. For example imagine if a civilization could build a single free mining camp. A tower rush into a castle would be a very easy thing to do for such a civilization. Or a free mill would allow you to either mill your deer or save 100 wood for later. Or a single free militia could make your drush that much stronger.

That function would be accomplished using the method that gives inca their free llama in the latest patch. Look up "Inca nomad llama" on the workshop for a good explanation of how it works, it's fairly simple
