I have not been playing this game for a while now, but I fired it up to play with a friend, and tried to create an online account - but I could not. An account was already created - I can definately tell that that usename and the secret question is none of mine!
I have bought this game through steam so I have no idea why someone else have been able to use my credentials. I used the ESO Account Management Tool.
and used the key I have through steam and the ID at the about-page.
I even removed the game completely from my steam catalogue, bought a new copy through steam and tried again - but I got the same message. I checked the product ID and it's still the same one as before.
Problem is the email to retrieve a lost password probably goes to someone elses email. Not any of mine at least.
What do I do here? The age3.help-adress doesn't even work anymore so..
