I missed to unlock "going above and beyond".. Is it still possible to get it?

I saw some posts about how crazy it is...

Basically x256 tech mod but only applicable to the player (not the IA) and with no bug, since it's official..

So because of the work I missed the chance to play aoe2 these days, and so I missed this one?

Is it possible to still have it?

If not, is it possible to ask the dev team to release it for everyone?
