Steam- how to play custom campaigns

Hello,

Sorry for the dumb question but I been trying for a bit to figure it out how to play custom campaigns and cant get them to work. I have the latest version on steam.

These look really great but I cant figure out how to download them and when I follow the instructions to navigate to the custom campaigns section in game there is nothing there.

Some help I got from a nice steam forum user was to go skirmish-> custom scenario under game mode but there's none there and the ones Ive downloaded dont work, probably because they are from 2002. How do you get the new ones from the above link to work?
