What cards are best for the Blood and Steel campaign?

Just to see what people think, what cards do you think are most worthwhile to use throughout the original campaign (the Circle of Ossus ones)?

I've personally been going mostly with military cards or resource shipments, but this causes me to hit the 10 card limit in Fortress Age.
