Huns Mirror, you are scouting and upon reaching feudal the enemy makes 2 archery ranges and has 7 villagers on gold. What to do?

A) Mirror double archer production, possibly skip on economy upgrades for quick fletching?

B) Double skirmisher production?

C) Half archer, half skirmisher? This is what i'm thinking is best?

D) Something else?

Sometimes I end up in this predicament and wonder what is the best option, I've tried single skirmisher production before but noticed you quickly get overwhelmed.
