Is it wrong of me to refuse to play with 1600 players?

I feel somewhat bad, but I will refuse to let people who haven't played online before play in my games. Not even in the case I am teamed with them, and so lose, but also if I play against them and its just too easy. I know they have to play that first game at some point, I just don't want it in my games.

Probably selfish of me, but do most people let them play, even if they might be a huge liability and inbalance?
