Late game macro issues

Hi guys,

I've been playing aoe2 for a while now, I have about a 100 hours on Steam and around a 1600 rating.

My biggest issue is the lategame/post imperial age. I almost always lose games that are decided in that stage of the game. I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong here, but I'm always low on resources and military and just get overwhelmed by the opponent, even though I'm building the correct counters and am ahead in the game.

I couldn't find a whole lot of tutorials and guides for that stage of the game, the most I found are for feudal/castle age. Do you guys have any tips/hints/advice for me?
I uploaded a replay where I particulary dont understand why I am so far behind even though I have more vills and the correct counters.
