The Celts any good in multiplayer?

I used to play AoE2 15 years ago as a kid and my favourite civ was Celts (Woad Raider spam). Youtube sidebar suggested an AoE2 video and I was surprised to see the game still going strong.

Just wondering if my favourite civ is actually any good these days in multiplayer or if my kid self loved one of the worst civs there is.
