Multiplayer Issues - Extremely Laggy, Losing games by resigns -

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the Multiplayer scene on this game, and I have a few questions and problems.

​

1. The first game i played online my team and I won, but we won no points because someone resigned early into the match?

​

2) the Second and Third game were SO LAGGY that everyone quit in the first minute, and I quit after because 5 out of 7 had quit, but I still lost MMR...

​

I keep getting into games where someone is lagging the game so bad it's mostly unplayable, how can I prevent this from occurring so that I can get into fair games?

​

I should add that I know it's not me, I've been in games where a specific person quits and then everything stops lagging.
