Best hotkeys for a new player?

Before I start to learn any game I want to have the best start possible. For example in Dota 2, I tried to mimic the professionals as much as possible, including hotkeys. The problem here is the same as Dota is that many professionals used an old hotkey system for all the spells, so instead of "QWER", it could be "WBXT" for using spells, and they were different for every hero. So I started to use QWER as it feels a lot better and many pro's use it.

In aoe the hotkeys are all over the keyboard and I know that a lot of the professionals use this system. Is there anyone of you that have mapped out the hotkeys as good as possible using QWERTY,ASDFGH,ZXCVB? Or maybe using some alt-hotkeys? Is there any config I can download or do you guys recommend me using the standard hotkeys?
