I feel like towers are the most underwhelming thing in aoe3. Swapping between both aoe2 and 3, you really get the feeling of how useless towers are. I understand they can be used as a means to secure hunts/gold, but even then, if your army is far enough away, a group of 15 musks could take it down. For a 250 wood investment you basically get a stationary age II musketeer, it’s hardly a defensive structure and is straight up terrible at zoning or applying offensive/defensive pressure.
Would towers be broken if their attack was increased x2 or x3?
