Help with specific matchup

So occasionally I play AOE2, but lately have played more. I’ve been using the Mongols. I’ve been trying to beat every Civ on hard. I’ve gone about halfway there. But 2 teams I’ve had trouble dealing with are Magyars and Teutons. I usually am able to make it about 2 min faster to castle before everyone else. But somehow the Magyars are able to mass up Cav Archers/Huszars and siege and kill me. The Teutons sent mass monks and Cavalry. What is the Mongols best play here? It seems I just can’t mass up an army fast and enough.
