Trying to get into MP AOE3

Hi all,

I'm starting to get bored with going against PC now i've somehow miraculously learned how to beat hardest (yay me).

Is there any groups, clans or people out there that wanna do some matches for fun or teach a few things in MP? Idk i feel like if i enter any MP instance i'll get massacred first chance (i've tried already).

Also how do you guys start in a new game, e.g how many vills before aging, how many on what resource, priority upgrades and buildings, so on.

Any tip will help! Thank you in advance!
