Black screen with music and mouse pointer after the intro video ......Newly bought game

I just bought the age of empires bundle with all 3 definitive edition games ..... but only age of empires 2 isnt working for me ..... after intro video i just get a BLACK screen and music in the background with the age2 mouse pointer .... the intro video also looks kinda sketchy bc the lower part of the video grains weirdly .... idk what to do else i tried everything .... all the forums were solving this problem back in january so idk if the problem is just me or it still happens to others .... Please help me people im so frustrated with this :(
