Can I get a list of some civs and the most optimal openings to use against them

So in terms of feudal aggression vs fc. Or archers vs scouts vs maa

When using Italians I like to diversify sometimes and not just only go archers

They have pretty complete cavalry, infantry and gunpowder options

But I dont know when should I go for a say scout rush and what it would be the most optimal against

I need some semblance of a strategy so it dosent feel like I'm pulling things out of my arse

I mean I did a drush against this Inca player because i wanted to slow down a possible tower rush. So that was a diversified strategy with some thought behind it but normally it's just whatever I feel like on the day into archers and it dosent seem too optimal. I mean should I open archers vs everybody as italians? Kinda a conundrum for the Jack of all trades civs like italians, Portuguese, byzantines etc
