Need help evaluating my first build and ascension

So my mom has never been a fan of me playing video games or the sort, but since I am in college now I am able to have more freedom:

Haven't picked out a monitor yet, but will soon so if anyone has advice that would be great as well. I have around $800-$900 for next month (if I calculated the money I've made correctly). And I need some of that money for food since I only have 1.5 meal swipes a day at the dorm.

Games I play/would want to play using the build:

• League of Legends

• CSGO

• Age of Empires III

• Starcraft II

• Fortnite

• PUBG

• Rainbow Six Seige

• Civ VI and maybe a few others!
