Dumb question but sometimes I can’t skip the opening cutscene (the ones that show the game title and Microsoft games) ?

Usually tapping spacebar would skip them but sometimes I have to sit through. Any idea on how to skip it when this isn’t working? I’ve tried clicking as well and nothing
