Logistic should apply to all cavalry, not just Cataphracts.

The Slav unique tech applies to all infantry, I don't understand why Logistica doesn't apply to all cavalry either.

This wouldn't be overpowered, as Byzantines tend to go Cataphracts anyway. This would just give them more options.
