Mod request - Resources at bottom of screen?

One of my biggest weaknesses in the game is not spending my resources quickly enough. Or more often, not realising that I'm stockpiling thousands in a particular resource. Could there be a mod out there which puts the top 5% of the screen at the bottom instead? I feel like if the resources were shown at the bottom, my eyes would be more drawn to them and thus more aware of where I'm at economically without being too distracted from the rest of the game. I think other noobs and intermediates would find this helpful also.
