If you already have AoE2Tools 3.1.0.7 You just need to Run it and accept the new Update (3.1.0.7.3). If You don't have it yet you should download from the official page here: https://github.com/gregstein/AoE2Tools/releases/tag/3.1.0.7

1- Click Voobly Mods "Manage"

Q&A

Can all Voobly visual mods be installed as offline? Yes, Except Spectator mods. Those are not completely visual mods.

Will AoE2Tools corrupt my game files? No! The conversion is done slp by slp or file by file which means even if you accidentally close AoE2Tools the conversion will continue externally.

Can I undo all the Voobly Mods installed as Offline? Yes, Go to "Reset Mods" tab and click "Restore Previous Working Visual Mods"
