Love the customizable cities.

The current state of the game leads me to believe that there were a lot of internal disagreements with the developers regarding the features of the game. Also there seems to have been a lot of struggles inside of the company with keeping the game political correct.

I am glad that some cities can still be customized. BRING THESE BACK please.
