Was I playing against an AI in an Online Game? Is this possible/common? This is their View Lock POV. (I made a 1v1 Lobby, a random person joined, we played, I was able to win, however when I saw the replay, their View Lock seemed weird, always snapping into new buildings, or very smooth movement.)
