Many players are complaining about AoE2 HD showing a very small User Interface.
On Windows 10: Go to the Game Directory, right-click "AoK HD.exe", select Properties, then the compatibility tab. Go to "Override high DPI display scaling behavior" and select System Scaling.
You can do the same with "Launcher.exe", too.
This should really help.
