What civ(s) have the best and worst mid-late game army composition on land?

My picks for best are Italians, Goths, Berbers, Indians, and Burmese

My picks for worst are Vikings, Tuetons, and Malay (mostly because you only ever see two units from them, never anything but Karambit or arbalest.)

Italians have the best IMO, GenX crossbow, hand cannoneer, and condotierro is top notch.

Tuetons worst imo. From tuetons you only see knights and hand cannon, and their knights lack husbandry.
