I'll pay 100$ in any cryptocurrency for the creation of a mod that combines two already published dataset mods

If someone can combine "Inca llama nomad spawn concept" and "save the walls" into a singe dataset, with latest patch integrated, I will send 100$ of a cryptocurrency of your choice to you. Additionally, if you can boost the attack of petards to 130% of current value I will give you another 50$ on top.

To be clear, what I want is the ability to create a single llama from town center as inca, the removal of trebs and cannons in imperial age from all civs, and otherwise normal functionality. This should be published on steam workshop so it had multiplayer functionality. I am not expecting updates to the mod, but will be willing to pay for them at a future time. Name could be "fuckery dataset" as it's intended to be played on a map called forest fuckery.

I understand 100$ isn't that much, but the changes are already made in the two mods I mentioned, if I'm wrong in assuming it wouldn't take much work to combine them please let me know why
