"The East Rises!": A sorely needed expansion in Asia for interesting civilizations

There's the Tibetans, Thai, Manchus, and Afghans.

I think each is distinct enough to warrant a civilization. I have a fully thought out tech tree and strategy for each.

I genuinely believe if a new expansion was made, these would make awesome civs. And there'd be the cool universal theme of rising, especially with Tibet and Manchuria.
