Connection issue

I cannot connect to anyone’s games. It says “failed to join game” but my friends and others can connect to any games I host. I use to have double nat that kept me from playing aoe, but I had that fixed. I was able to join games up until about a week ago after a storm. Is this an aoe, internet, or pc issue? Not sure if this is related to it, but here’s what my pc says when I run network test. “Windows could not automatically detect this networks proxy settings” I can use my WiFi just fine for other things. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
