Is Goths the best civ?

I'm still a noob at this game but have played with every civ now and none have been easier to win with than Goths.

There is no walling (except wooden) available and no Guard Towers or Keeps, but I just keep myself alive until Imperial then I invade with fully upgraded Elite Huskarls that I produce from Barracks. Build about 3-4 castles and 10 barracks and then just keep them flowing into enemy base until they're finished.

It seems like the Huskarls go through anything the enemy puts up.
