Do you think a lot of the lower level aoe2 twitch streamers boost for points?

I've just noticed there a lot on twitch that only get like 10-20 viewers and are like 1600-1700 on voobly yet they do stuff like 18 minute naked fast castles in 1 vs 1 arabia.
