Random idea, but to balance Teutonic Knights, they should be completely unconvertable.

It would be a very minor change that would make them more "unique" in a way that fits with the civ (a religious civ of extreme zeal.) They'd certainly be seen more situationaly, such as against Aztecs, but stil wouldn't be seen every game, which is okay because Teutons are good anyway.
