I recently upgraded from a R7 260x to a GTX 1050 ti and one of the big bonuses is that it has HDMI 2.0, meaning I can get 4k 60fps to the TV (it has no display port input). Unfortunately I cannot seem to get over 35 or 36 fps which is barely an upgrade over the 30fps of my previous card. The weird thing is that this card is quite a lot better and the difference in other games is huge. Is there a reason why I'm struggling to hit 60fps in this game at 4k, and what can I do about it?
