How did you become good? Advice for a 17xx voobly player

Hi Guys, I am looking for some advice on improving my game. I have been a 165+ voobly player for a month now and I consistently lose vs 17xx. My main problem is that I play defensive all the time and then freeze up under pressure. Here is a link to my recorded games. http://ift.tt/2zFwOFe
