Hello guys,
most problem with launching the game is connected with XBOX app. IF re-install or re-download the XBOX doesn' work, you need to check if all XBOX services are running (5). Even that you need to reinstall the XBOX.
Here is possible fix for that.
Go to W-Store and find: XBOX INSIDER HUB (app is hidden) Install and connect to your account where you have AoE:DE. You need also correct account in W-Store and XBOX.
You can also reinstall the STORE before that, if doesn't work, by entering powershell as admin and putting: "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}"
