Questions about the remake

I saw some videos and I'm considering to buy. The original is one of my favourite games of all time.

• It seems like only Rise of Rome music is included in the remake. Didn't they remastered also the original non-expansion soundtrack? Also, is there any way to just play the original songs? (like replacing in the folder)

• I saw that they changed the level design for the levels in the campaign. The first Yamayo level, "The Assassins", is one of the most memorable of the original game. It was unique and rich in detail. It seems smaller, lazily designed and dumbed down in the remake. Is this a thing happening on every level of the campaign?

• Also, a little bit less important, I really like the original sounds of the unit. Didn't see a point in making mostly new ones. Is there any way to restore them?
