Buff Goths with cheaper TCs?

As the last few major tournaments have shown, Goths are one of the least popular civs in open maps, in both 1v1 and TGs. They have a great power spike in the early imperial age but their economy is too slow and fragile to get them there safely. People in the community have been talking about buffing the Goths for ages but it never seems to happen.

I'd suggest that -50 stone cost on town centres would be a good buff for the Goths. This wouldn't fundamentally alter the civ's identity or overall meta but it would help streamline that meta. First, it would become a lot easier to drop multiple TCs in the castle age to protect the Goths' economy while they boom. Second, it would reduce the tradeoff between building TCs and building a castle for protection and huskarl production.

Another really nice benefit of this buff is that it would make the Goths, who were a nomadic civilisation, a lot stronger on nomad-style maps. With -50 stone cost on their starting TC, Goths players would be able to drop a tower in feudal age without going to stone.

The only downside I can see is that the change might make the Goths OP on Arena or Fortress maps given their boom would be a lot more powerful. I don't watch enough of these sorts of maps to guess if that would be the case so I'm interested to hear your thoughts.
