Ranked Random Map ELO only drops

Hey all, didn't know if there was a great place to post something like this. I tried looking into it and couldn't find anything. Any time I play a Ranked Random Map, win or lose, my ranking only drops. Been playing with my friends, we all started at the same time (1600 ELO) and after our games together they either rise or drop based on if we win or lose, but my ELO just drops. Any idea of how to fix this? Or anyone have similar problems? Thanks
